Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, mainly to the door production methods. The invention provides for improving door strength. The method of solid wood door production consists of six stages. Stage 1 includes production of work pieces, which length is equal to door length, items sorting out by quality, production of parallelogram work pieces from qualitative wood pieces with equal sloping angle, production of work pieces from low-quality boards and with length being equal to the door with glued board pieces. Stage 2 is comprised of a unit gluing by alternating two glued work pieces and one low-quality board with full door length being between them. Besides, the glued work pieces are directed inside the unit with their parallelograms. Then, the unit is sawed lengthwise and perpendicular to the board plane into three equal pieces. Stage 3 provides for producing four door leaves lined up with parallelograms from one side by the combined gluing and sawing operations on the composite unit consisting of two bases and parallelograms between them. Stage 4 includes production of two packages by gluing parallelograms onto unlined sides of two out of four parts of the door leaf and other parts gluing on parallelograms with their unlined sides. Stage 5 envisages production of four door leaf parts by sawing each of two packages along parallelogram plane. Stage 6 is the production of door by gluing the above four parts along edge and in accordance with the repeating wood texture pattern. ^ EFFECT: improvement of door strength. ^ 6 dwg |
