PROTECTION ELEMENT FOR COUNTERFEIT PROTECTION, PROTECTED PRINTED PRODUCTION AND METHOD OF PROTECTED PRINTED PRODUCTION

FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns protection elements for counterfeit protection of printed production. Protection element of counterfeit protection includes at least one printed graphic image with half-tone areas made on offset, typo-offset or relief print substrate. Printed graphic image has at least one half-tone area without structural raster elements, printed by one printing plate in one substrate skip in the image printing process. Half-tine area of printed image does not have mutual disruptions and displacements in any printed image areas. Invention also claims protected print production featuring described protection element. Method of protected print production involves inking in inking system with further ink layer transfer to a plate to form image on substrate. Inking is performed by including at least one inking roll into inking system to adjust ink layer thickness by supplying the roll with areas transferring and not transferring ink. ^ EFFECT: enhanced potential protection of offset, typo-offset and relief print at minimum production cost growth. ^ 10 cl, 5 dwg
