The method implies that a portion of crushed dry or brought up to constant mass raw material is defatted if necessary in the mixture of ethyl alcohol and diethyl ether in the proportion of 1:1, then reaction mixture containing ethyl alcohol, nitric and acetic acids in the proportion 1:1:8 is added to the portion, complete hydrolysis is carried out in UHF mineraliser for at least 8 minutes, the portion is filtered, dried in UHF mineraliser up to constant weight and fibre content is specified according to the difference of weights.
