Wind-driven electric power station is made as circuit railroad provided with viaducts, snow plows and collector wires. It has rolling trolleys installed on it where following equipment is mounted: controlled wind-propulsors, electric generators connected to current collectors, combustion engines providing train acceleration and movement when wind-flow is weak. Ballast is located on trolleys to increase mechanical energy stored up by train. ^ EFFECT: creation of high-power isolated wind-driven electric power station saving operability when wind flows are weak to be used in remote north regions. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
