Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining, particularly to immersed air hammers for driving of bores in rocks of medium and high hardness and can be employed at construction. The immersed air hammer contains case with boring in the front part, and hammer consisting of head and stepped tail, of sleeve enveloping the tail and with the hammer from the side of the end of the bigger step of the tail forming an end chamber of the working stroke, of the circular chamber of the working stroke with the hammer and the case from the side of the head of the hammer; of chamber of idle stroke between the chambers of the working stroke; this chamber of the idle stroke has a channel connecting the end and the circular chambers of the working stroke, of a feeding channel permanently connected with the chamber of the idle stroke, of a drilling bit with a channel and an adaptor. Outside the middle part of the hammer head there is a groove designed to periodically communicate with the boring in the case; the groove is permanently connected by lengthwise slots with the circular chamber of the working stroke. The tail of the hammer is rigidly secured in a cavity of the head, while the back part of the sleeve is open and has a boss at the end, whereon a stop is made interacting with a response stop in the case. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability by reducing loads in lesser step of tail by means of implementation of damping properties of immovable conjugation of tail and head of hammer and also by simplification of design. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
