METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF STEEL WELDLESS PIPES OF LARGE DIAMETER AND HORIZONTAL HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR ITS REALISATION

FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes heating of solid bar, preparation of hollow cartridge from it in the form of cartridge with bottom by means of bar piercing in container with thread and drawing of prepared cartridge on holder in pipe through serially installed matrix rings. Operations of piercing and drawing are carried out in horizontal press. Press contains bed plate with fixed crossbeams, container for bar installation in it, piercing system, matrix rings and output table, and has loading, piercing and drawing working positions. Prior to piercing in hub that centers needle, which has possibility of axial displacement, lubricating glass washer is installed upstream working end of needle. Container has the possibility of displacement between working positions. ^ EFFECT: reduction of process labour intensity, higher efficiency and quality of products and reduction of capital expenses. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
