Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: cataract extraction is carried out by making tunnel section. Thereafter, antiglaucomous component of intervention is performed: reverse cyclodialysis is made through paracentesis of cornea in the upper exterior and upper interior quadrants with the help of spatula, note that it is performed in two steps in a circumferential direction at 30°-40° over angle of iris in each side and at a depth of 5-6 mm. ^ EFFECT: reverse cyclodialysis allows getting hypotensive effect, decreasing time and injury of operation, reducing operative and postoperative complications.
