PROCESSING RUBBER AID BASED ON CARBON-CHAIN RUBBER RESIN

FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to processing rubber aid based on carbon-chain rubber resin. Processing aid contains wt %: vegetable oil wastes - 70.0, mixed refined paraffin hydrocarbons - 28.5-29.5, phenol series compounds: 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, 6-tert-butyl-4-methyphenol, 2,4,6-tert-tertbutylphenol - 0.5-1.5. Vegetable oil wastes are e.g. either diatomites or bentonites of ash content 40.0-70 wt % with surface adsorbed phytogenous oily substances. Stored, dosed and mixed processing aid does not raise dust that improves working conditions in warehouses and preparatory shops, does not contain polyaromatic oils that ensures rubber compound for ecologically safe rubber products.
