Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in surface processing of thin-walled parts made of steel, aluminium and titanium alloys with effect of vibrations in aerospace, automobile and other industries. Processed part is installed in container that has U-shaped cross section and rotary shafts installed in its bottom part on both sides with unbalanced symmetrical debalances. Working bodies are installed in container in the form of shaped granules of necessary size, shape and material. Container is vibrated with preset frequency and amplitude, and shaft positions are cyclically reversed. Previously position of large axis of working body motion trajectory ellipse is determined for every cycle of shafts rotation for preset conditions of container load. Processed part is installed with location of its processed surface in plane that is perpendicular to end walls of container and passes in every cycle of shafts rotation through corresponding mentioned large axis of ellipse. ^ EFFECT: local deformations of thin-walled long-length items are excluded, initial geometrical shape is preserved. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
