Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: technological processes; blasting. ^ SUBSTANCE: explosive substance is placed on plating sheet with different thickness of layer in the form of charges that have different rate of detonation and initiate it. Rate of detonation and thickness of explosive substance charge layer is selected provided that permanent value of deforming pulse ID is arranged in area of collision along the whole surface of plated sheet in process of explosion welding. Ratio of values of deforming pulses ID/ID cr is selected within the limits from 1.0 to 1.76, where ID cr - critical value of deforming pulse, at which energy spent for deformation of near-contact metal volumes provides required extent of contact surfaces activation for provision of high quality connection. ^ EFFECT: stabilisation of amplitude and length of wave profile wave along detonation front on the whole surface of connection zone and reduction of residual bend of produced bimetallic sheet. ^ 5 dwg |
