Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has casing, two holders with profile rings that are installed serially along tube axis, one of which is arranged as movable with the possibility to turn around its axis with the help of rotary facility. The second holder is arranged as immovable. Rotary facility of movable holder is arranged with the possibility of displacement along tube axis and turn of two circular hydraulic cylinders with pistons that are installed in casing. Movable holder is arranged in the form of link with circular bore that connects stems of circular hydraulic cylinder pistons and has radial protrusions. At that casing is arranged with guide blocks for shift of mentioned movable holder radial protrusions in them. ^ EFFECT: simplicity of adjustment, expansion of technological resources. ^ 2 dwg
