Zusammenfassung:FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: electroconductive composite material contains, in wt %: titanium carbo-silicide Ti3SiC2 - 89-93, titanium carbide TiC - 4-6 and phase on the basis of iron - the rest. For preparation of specified electroconductive composite material charge is used that contains the following components, in wt %: ferrosilicon 17-21, titanium 67-70 and carbon 12-13. Electroconductive composition contains specified electroconductive composite material of 30-80 wt % and binding agent, such as silicon-organic compound in amount of 20-70 wt %. ^ EFFECT: reduction of material cost. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
