Zusammenfassung:FIELD: construction; chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes production of agglutinant sand containing fractionated manufactured corundum at fraction ratio 0.5-3 mm to 0.01-0.5 mm equal to 1:1, bimodal reactive alumina oxide CL 370, hydraulically hardening additive in the form of alumina oxide Alphabond-300, siliceous "-" at the following ration of components, wt %: manufactured corundum 60-66, alumina oxide CL370 29-33, alumina oxide Alphabond-300 2-4, siliceous "-" 1-5. Dry blending of alumina oxide CL 370 Alphabond-300 is then conducted. Fractions of manufactured corundum 0.01-0.5 mm and 0.5-3.0 mm are introduced one after another into the produced mixture. After that mixture is homogenized and damped with siliceous "-" by continuous mixing. Remolding is done under vibrations applied along vertical and horizontal axis of press mould. Work piece is then subject to air hardening, drying and annealing. ^ EFFECT: broadening of technical possibilities and improvement of ceramic materials quality. ^ 4 ex
