Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method provides rising of accuracy of diagnostics of tuberculosis of a bladder. Intravesically administer a solution of photosensitinogen which is selectively collected in patholologically changed mucous of the bladder after an exposition of 1.5-2 hours. Then perform cystoscopy of mucous membrane in blue-violet light and computer processing of video images changed and invariable mucous membrane and at intensity of fluorescence of 100-130 units of brightness concerning the invariable mucous membrane diagnose tuberculosis with the subsequent histological verification of the diagnosis. Fluorescent cystoscopy allows not only to see accurate borders of the visible pathological centres, but also to tap flat changes of the mucous membrane. ^ EFFECT: allows to differentiate tuberculosis authentically on intensity of fluorescence of a bladder and malignant neoplasms, and also to execute a precise biopsy and-or transurethral resection of the transformed mucous membrane within healthy tissues. ^ 1 tbl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
