METHOD OF PREPARATION OF GEL FORMING COMPOSITION FOR RESTRAINT OF WATER INFLOW AND REGULATION OF HORIZON PERMEABILITY

FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil producing industry, in particular to methods of production gel forming compositions for restraint of water inflow and regulation of horizon permeability. According to the method of production of gel forming composition for restraint of water inflow and regulation of horizon permeability incorporating mixing of vegetable derived material with a water solution sodium silicate; as a vegetable derived material crumbled or mechanically activated peat is used, and as water solution of sodium silicate a dispersion is used obtained by means of solving of mechanically activated silicate containing material in a water solution of alkali. Gel forming compound is prepared at a following quantitative ratio of components, wt %: mechanically activated silicate containing material 17-60, alkali 1-10; crumbled or mechanically activated peat 1-25, water - the rest.
