Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: there are manufactured products made of heatproof wrought alloys made on nickel basis, mainly axes symmetric details of gas-turbine and jet propulsion of types disks, hemispheres, envelopes, "sleeves" and products of other shapes, operating in critical load conditions at working temperatures higher then 600C. Blanks for deformation are received by means of directional crystallization in ceramic mold of uniform section with temperature gradient on hardening edge 20-200C/cm. Coarse deformation of blank is implemented by means of precipitation by two or more passes with interannealing. The first precipitation is implemented in closed container with flat pressure pads, then to the side surface of blank it is placed circular envelope, it is implemented heating of blank for deformation and the second precipitation is implemented in closed container with tapered pressure pads. Later it is implemented definitive deformation and thermal treatment. Height of circular envelope is equal to 0.4-0.75 of blank height, and external diameter of circular envelope is equal to container diameter. Breaking stress of circular envelope material at deformation temperature is 0.2-0.8 of blank breaking stress.
