FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: granulator scrubber mechanism is made up of two independent pieces. The scrubber mechanism represents, on the bath horizontal section, a frame articulated, at four points, to two pairs of discs symmetrically arranged on two parallel axles. The scrubbers are attached to the frame on the bath side, the spacing between them not exceeding the diameter described by the scrubber hinge. Note here that the vector of speed of the scrubber lowest point is directed parallel to the bath bottom, towards the glass stock unloading side. On the bath inclined section the scrubber mechanism represents two parallel axles supporting two pairs of sprockets of the chain conveyor that carries the scrubbers. The aforesaid horizontal section bottom represents a dual-layer structure with a gap between the said layers, the horizontal section end being furnished with a pit. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of granulation, improved labor conditions. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg
