Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises a pair of brackets arranged on the cover and on hatch coaming and a rotary element pivoted in the coaming bracket grooves and locked to prevent axial shift, the said rotary element representing a lead screw with a square-section tail. The screw threaded part supports a nut-pivot arranged in a case with journals and clamps interacting with the aforesaid brackets grooves. The leas screw tail supports a globoidal gear wheel interacting with the screw, both being arranged in a casing. A lever with pedal is arranged on the aforesaid globoidal gear screw tail to rotate in one direction. The said globoidal gear casing is linked with the rotary element nut-pivot. ^ EFFECT: improved operating performances, ease of operation. ^ 7 cl, 15 dwg
