Zusammenfassung:FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises eccentrically fitted rollers and a loading bin furnished with moving jaws fitted above each roller. It incorporates also a desagglomeration device comprising an assembly representing a sharp ledge articulated at the lower space between the rollers, the said ledge apex being directed upward. This ledge features curvilinear side surfaces enveloping the rollers and a roller conveyors enveloping he rollers and made up of cylindrical rollers. The roller conveyors and the ledge are interconnected and secures in the unit by means of a hinge. The aforesaid bin comprises movable variable-length walls. The unit is furnished with two articulated spring-loaded rolls arranged above the rollers with a gap there between. The said movable jaws and the bin inner walls feature their upper ends interconnected and articulated to the bit top so that the jaws are located outside the bin inner walls. The bin inner walls and the spring-loaded rollers form a triangular profile. Note that the roller working surfaces, boasting a developed outer surface, are made of movable segments to ensure an optimum grip and uniform distribution of the material processed from the unit center to the rollers' edges. ^ EFFECT: uniform outflow of material from bin and its distribution over roller width, higher degree of grinding and efficiency of desagglomeration. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg
