Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry and reconstruction, or repair of buildings and facilities. Face plate attachment method includes perpendicular attachment to surface being cladded, supporting profiles in the form of brackets, intermediate member installed on them and connected with load-carrying profile and supporting profile, and attachment of warmth-keeping material to wall furnace by fasteners. Load-carrying profile is attached to intermediate member, and face plates are mounted at a distance from external surface of warmth-keeping material. Both support profile and intermediate member made in the form of L-shaped profile are installed with one flange directed to surface being cladded. Load-carrying component consisting of upper retaining strips and lower retaining strips is attached to the other flange. Strips are put together so that they are characterised in section as two joint ""-shaped members with side flanges of various size, the ends of which are bent to the outside. Side flange of upper retaining strip is installed on support flange of intermediate profile, and is fixed with fasteners, and web of upper retaining strip is located above web of lower retaining strip. Support flanges of retaining strips directed to opposite sides lie in one and the same vertical plane and form ribs. After that ribs of retaining strips are attached to two opposite surfaces of face plate longitudinal grooves, thus providing rib-groove type connection. Inserts made in the form of decorative moulded members are arranged in gaps between face plates. Prefabricated face plate with longitudinal grooves along horizontal end furnace is used as cladding material. ^ EFFECT: reduction in material consumption and labour costs. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
