Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: in clarification method of tubes internal surfaces of gases air cooling devices, including disconnecting of pipe joint from gas pipeline, its disposal from gas, connection of pipe join by means of installed in advance input and output connection units, to the flushing installation containing of concatenate filter, tank outfitted by heater and fulfilled by flushing fluid and pump, input and output connection units are mounted beforehand at appropriate sections of tubes, located between pipe join disconnecting valve, and directly before the start of flushing pump output is connected to input connection unit of pipe joint of gas air cooling devices, output connection unit which is connected to filter input and it is started circulation of beforehand heated flushing fluid in direct flow, controlling at that temperature at filter input, at that if controlled temperature is not changing during specified time, direction of flushing fluid circulation is changed for reverse, jointing input connection unit of pipe joint of gas air cooling devices to filter output, and output connection unit of pipe joint of gas air cooling devices to pump output, after what direction of flushing water circulation is changed every time after stabilisation during specified time temperature on the filter input, before finish of clarification process. Invention also concerns facility for method implementation, including four additional self-guided bridge jointed valves. ^ EFFECT: effectiveness increase of clarifying process at simultaneous reduction of clarifying time. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
