Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: biology, biotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of obtaining of 4-hydroxy-L-Isoleucinum or its salt, including stages: interactions of an acetaldehyde and alpha-oxobutyric acid in an aqueous solution at presence at least one aldolase chosen from group, consisting of the fiber including amino-acid sequence SEQ ID No: 2; the protein having amino-acid sequence which contains replacement, deletion, insertion, addition or inversion of one or several amino-acid rests in amino-acid sequence SEQ ID No: 2, and showing activity of an aldolase; and the protein which at least on 70 is homologous to the amino-acid sequence SEQ ID No: 2 also possesses activity of an aldolase; transformations of received 4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-ketopentane acid in 4-hydroxy-L-Isoleucinum with the assistance of aminotransferase and/or a dehydrogenase possessing transaminase activity on production of 4-hydroxy-L-Isoleucinum from 4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2-ketopentane acid in the presence of the donor of an amino group; and allocation of obtained 4-hydroxy-L-Isoleucinum. ^ EFFECT: invention allows obtaining 4-hydroxy-L-Isoleucinum with high degree of efficiency. ^ 19 cl, 7 dwg, 6 ex |
