FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to new substituted 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1N-pyrido[4,3-b]indoles with general formula 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3, their pharmaceutical salts and/or hydrates with antihistamine activity. In general formulae 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3 radicals assume values given below .
