The proposed method differs in that the insulating material with preset friction properties is used and is laid in overlapping tapes, the magnitude of overlapping makes half a tape width. The high-pressure cylinder comprises a sealing liner, a sealing enclosure and a multilayer load-bearing enclosure, the said liner being composed of the cylindrical part and spherical bottoms. ^ EFFECT: higher quality and reliability under high destructive loads. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg
