CAM-DRIVE SHEARS TO CUT THICK SHEETS

FIELD: tools. ^ SUBSTANCE: shears comprise bed, upper and lower knives, steel sheet step feed device and bottom gear box. The aforesaid knives are arranged between the bed lateral props. The upper knife is arranged in the upper holder to carry out a rotary shearing driven by a cam drive, the upper holder being articulated to the bed side prop by means of a guide element. The upper knife drive cams are arranged at the bed upper part. The lower knife table is rigidly fitted the bed lower part, between the side props, and is coupled with the bottom gear box to drive the lower drive rollers. The said steel sheet step feed device represents, at least, one feed device incorporating the lower feed rollers running in bearings. The said bearings are fitted in the bed lower part, just between its side props, the central of which being located above the lower knife table. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and quality. ^ 9 cl, 8 dwg
