Particularly it concerns processing of metals by pressure and can be used in cutting tool industry for receiving blanks of instrument made of rapid steel and other steels of this group ("65", "653", "1053", "1065-", "655", "65", "65"). For metal recovery rising, endurance rising and reducing of manufacturing process duration, instrument is heated till 800-810°C and plastic deformation is implemented by two stages at this temperature with strain rate on the first stage 10-4-10-1s-1 and with strain rate on the second stage 1.10-2-5.10-2s-1. ^ EFFECT: metal recovery rising, endurance rising and reducing of manufacturing process duration. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl
