Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: chlorinating polymers and copolymers of vinylchloride is carried out with gaseous chlorine of polymers and copolymers of vinylchloride in medium of hexachloracetone at higher temperature, as a rule, in presence of initiator. Target product is precipitated by processing reaction mixture with aliphatic or cycloaliphatic hydrocarbons. Before precipitation of target product reaction mixture is processed with diluent. Then target product is separated by filtration, washed and dried. As diluents solvents, which are able to dissolve chlorinated polymers and copolymers of vinylchloride, mainly selected from group including aliphatic and aromatic chlorohydrocarbons, ketones, alkylacetates, aromatic hydrocarbons or their different mixtures, are used. As precipitators aliphatic or cycloaliphatic hydrocarbons, which contain in their structure 3-12 carbon atoms or their different mixtures, are used. Application of hexachloracetone as solvent eliminates formation of by-products of solvent chlorination, and, therefore solves the problem of utilising and destruction of said wastes. ^ EFFECT: simplification of solvent regeneration, elimination of application of toxic methanol, formation of sewage waters, containing chlororganic admixtures. ^ 4 cl, 1 tbl |
