Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine; veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes ""-2 immune-response modulating agent injections dosed 2 thousand units/kg of fish body weight diluted in 2.5-3.5 ml of 0.65% sterile physiologic saline or water for injections. Injections are carried out in single dose intravenously within 3-4 minutes in caudal vein directly prior to operation. Or injections are carried out twice in dose 5 thousand units/kg of fish body weight hypodermically directly after operation every 24 hours. Thus immune-response modulating agent is diluted in 1.0-1.5 ml of 0.65% sterile physiologic saline or water for injections. ^ EFFECT: method allows for improved rehabilitation; for shorter term thereof; for excluded toxic influences of medical preparations; for extended range of agents and provided maintenance of brood stock fishes and for higher efficiency of sturgeon reproduction. ^ 4 tbl, 2 ex
