Relocate a medial pterygoid muscle to inside, or partially separate from its tendon the bone with splitting of the tessellated space between an internal surface of ramus of mandible and an external surface of a medial pterygoid muscle. Perform evacuation of purulence. ^ EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of development of a postoperative contracture of a mandible and to improve quality of drainage. ^ 2 ex, 7 dwg, 1 tbl |
