The device is additionally equipped with a course, made from viscoelastic material and located in the void, constituted by jacket surfaces, adjacent to the course, surface of adapter, support element and external delimiter of course movement. At that, support element and external delimiter of course movement are either made as a whole, or fixed to each other. Besides, they are a constituent part of adapter in the shape of ring with a bore in front butt end or in both butt ends.
