METHOD OF SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF CONCENTRATION OF LIPOSOMALLY BAGGED PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of research and analysis of substances and can be used for determination of concentration of investigated substance by working out of new complicated medicinal forms of pharmaceutical preparations with use of the spectrophotometric method. The determination method of concentration of liposomally bagged pharmaceutical cytostatic preparations of hydrophylic nature includes destruction of liposomal vesicles and the subsequent measurement of cytostatics concentration left in the solution, thus liposomal vesicles are destructed with addition of 3-fold volume of chloroformium to the liposomal suspension diluted with the 2M solution of sodium chloride in the ratio 1:1.
