TEST BENCH FOR APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT FOR HIGH INTENSIVE IMPACT EFFECTS

FIELD: test engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: test bench for trials of apparatus and equipment for high intensive impact effect consists of facility for apparatus fixture in form of panel mounted on flexible cables with installed thereon apparatus and recording sensors, and sources of impact effect, made in form of multi layer shock-absorbing rods with pyrotechnic device. At that the source of impact effect is the separable pyrotechnic device covered with a protective case made in form of thin wall hollow cylinder and in the central portion of the cylinder a plate with a hole and thread is installed, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the thread of replaceable bushes ensuring standard separation of pyrotechnical device; flanges with faces are made on bushes; besides, diameter of the plate is bigger, than the exterior diameter of the shock absorbing rods; and the plate is attached to the case with a gap, while the length of the protective case is bigger, than doubled length of the separable pyrotechnic device. ^ EFFECT: upgraded safety at trials for impact effect. ^ 4 dwg
