Zusammenfassung:FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: static load is applied to deforming tool in the form of mandrel along the processed surface. Fabricated mandrel is used made of coaxially installed parts: motionless part that is rigidly fixed on wave conductor and movable part that is installed on motionless part with the help of set of leaf springs under the condition of provision of its swinging and alternating movement in relation to longitudinal axis. Periodic pulse load is applied to mandrel by means of striker impact to the mentioned wave conductor.
