Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: engines and pumps, engineering processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device incorporates a hopper, a magnetic system to separate non-magnetic and ferromagnetic dust particles and spouts to discharge the aforesaid particles communicating with the aforesaid hopper. The aforesaid discharge spouts are made in a diamagnetic material. The ferromagnetic discharge spout top part is connected with the hopper, while its central part is arranged in the non-magnetic particle discharge spout. The magnetic separation system represents an electromagnetic coil with its winding connected to DC power supply and is arranged on the ferromagnetic particle spout, its central part being furnished with the holes to discharge non-magnetic particles into the spout. A shaker representing an electromagnetic coil with a movable metal core connected to the AC power supply is arranged opposite the ferromagnetic particle discharge spout top part between its connection with the hopper and the non-magnetic particle discharge spout. The hopper houses the dust level pickup with its output connected to the control unit input, the said control unit output being connected to the aforesaid DC and AC power supplies. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency dust separation into ferromagnetic and non-magnetic fractions along with ruling out finely-dispersed dust sticking in hopper. ^ 3 dwg |
