METHOD FOR DERMEPEHTHESIS IN CASE OF FIRST FINGER DIVULSION

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: plasty of stump is made with inguinal flap placing suture on palmar surface of finger. The flap is accustomed by crossclamping of the pedicle base on the seventh day. The flap is ablated from the donor area upon expiry of 12 days. Soft tissues are incised in the cicatrix area. The flap subcutaneous fat is exsected so that its thickness does not exceed 5 mm. Osteoplasty is performed with introducing of autotransplant in the stump bone part which is fixed inside the bone using pins. An insular neurovascular flap is formed on the dorsoradial surface on 1 dorsal metacarpal artery and is passed through the subdermal tunnel to the palmar surface of formed finger 1 where it is sewn in the recipient area. ^ EFFECT: sensation of palmar surface of finger; reduction of graft retention period. ^ 1 ex, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
