Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ophthalmology and is intended for cataract modelling for the purpose of subsequent analysis of anticataract efficiency of medical products. Rats aged 20-23 days are exposed to ultra-violet irradiation. Total UF irradiation is performed at wavelength 313 nm within 10 months for 16 minutes once a day every second day, irradiation power is 23.7 J/s.m2.
