Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: shut-off solenoid valve incorporates solenoid, a permanent magnet, an armature and a shut-off element with magnetic circuits. The magnetic circuits close the shut-off element axial and outer magnetic fields. The said shut-off element has an open flow space housing the inlet and outlet gas channels. The armature and magnetic circuits are made of soft-magnetic material. The valve is furnished additionally with a soft-magnetic core arranged in the solenoid central channel. One of the core end face surfaces is in contact with the magnetic circuit. The open flow space of the said shut-off element is formed, on the one side, by the core end face surface, and, on the other side, by the surface of one of the permanent magnet poles. On the side surfaces, it is formed by the magnetic circuit. One of the gas channels passes through the permanent magnet and faces the open flow space. The armature shape matches up to that of the open flow space and is arranged to translate. The distance between the armature and core mating end faces is equal to that of the armature travel between the valve closed and open states. ^ EFFECT: higher precision of gas analytical instruments, smaller distortions in gas or fluid composition measurements, smaller sizes and lower weight. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
