Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, and can be used in case of liver resection. Essence of invention is in application of continuos back-blanket suture with criss-cross. Indenting from borderline of planned resection, needle with thread is stuck into diaphragma surface of liver, driven through full thickness of parenchyma and stuck out on visceral surface. Then, indenting from point of sticking out, needle is stuck into visceral surface and driven through parenchyma thickness with sticking out on diaphragma surface. Thread is tightened and knot is made. Indenting from previous point of sticking out, the second sticking into diaphragma surface with sticking out on visceral surface is made. Then indent from point of sticking out in opposite direction to the middle of previous suture loop length, where needle is stuck into visceral surface and stuck out on diaphragma surface. Thread is driven with fixing criss-cross under previous loop on diaphragma surface and tightened to dense tissue compression. Then continuous suture with criss-cross is applied in analogous way to opposite edge of liver, where at the end of suture, threads are tightened, and final fixing knot is applied. After that parallel to applied suture, part of liver, which is to be removed, is cut off. Application of said invention will reduce time of operation, improve technique of liver suture formation (will increase strength and hermeticity of suture), reduce possibility of suture cutting with simultaneous obtaining of sufficient compression of sutured surfaces of organ with hemo- and holestasis of intrahepatic vessels. ^ EFFECT: reduction of time of operation, improvement of technique of liver suture formation, reduction of possibility of suture cutting with simultaneous obtaining of sufficient compression of sutured surfaces of organ with hemo- and holestasis of intrahepatic vessels. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
