Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: vitractomy is performed, posterior hyaloid membrane is removed. In vesselless region of macula retinotomy on whole width of subretinal membrane is performed. Subretinal membrane is extracted slowly, under conditions of higher intraocular pressure, extraction being performed in anterior-posterior direction. Edges of retinotomy incision are joined and slightly squeezed together. ^ EFFECT: reduction of post-operation complications; smaller risk of development of proliferative vitreoretinopathy and retinal detachment, preservation and enhancement of visual acuity. ^ 1 ex
