Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: thermotechnics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermotechnics and can be used in heat and power, chemical, petrochemical and food industries as a contact heat exchanger or centrifugal vortical deaerator. According to the invention a part of the device body within annular chamber for approaching of a heat carrier is made in the shape of situated around the body vertical studs and set on each two free studs at least in one row identic flat segments with profiled side walls forming ready-assembled nozzles of required configuration between the adjacent segments of the same row. At this the segments in the adjacent rows should be situated with a shift for a half shog. ^ EFFECT: activation of the mix process of the rotating mediums, reduction of hydraulic resistance during their moving and decrease of the noise level. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
