Zusammenfassung:FIELD: production of stop valves. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to pipeline stop valves and is designed to shut off the water supply pipeline flow section. The non-collapsible ball valve incorporates a tamper unit with its casing. The pipe end are sealed with a ball turning about its vertical axis. The ball and pipe ends are enclosed by the valve body. The valve hose-shape body upper part is welded to the tamper unit casing arranged vertically coaxial with the said valve body. The body convex surfaces are coupled with the pipe ends featuring an extending stepwise part with an annular seal. The aforesaid body narrows towards its end sides and is coupled with the pipe ends. The ball and the pipe stepwise ends with their seals are arranged inside the space formed by the said body and symmetric about the tamper unit axis. The tamper unit is fitted on the cylindrical ring. The valve body central part is a ball, its shape being proportional to the valve body and changing over, via a minor step-like skew into a cylindrical tubular surface. Vertical axis divides the valve body into two symmetric separate parts welded together using the cylindrical ring. Relative to its horizontal axis, the body is made integral with cylindrical tubular surface. A valve non-metal O-ring is arranged between the ball and its body along with a metal thrust ring welded thereto. The set of inventions proposes the method of producing the aforesaid valve. ^ EFFECT: ease of manufacture plus reliable operation. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg
