CATERPILLAR VEHICLE TRACK WITH DEMOUNTABLE LINING

FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor industry, primarily, to caterpillars adapted for running on asphalt and provided with special demountable track linings and can be used in running gear of combat caterpillar vehicles. The caterpillar track incorporates a link with a seat and lugs to fasten the said lining, a rubber-bonded demountable lining with a thrust plate and an ear, and a retaining pin arranged in the link lug holes and the lining ear hole. The said pin incorporates a lead-in cone in the stem, a groove arranged therein and a reaction spring split ring arranged in the groove. The link lug holes allow only a lengthwise travel of the pin, while the ear seat hole allows a lengthwise travel and, additionally, a crosswise travel of the demountable lining ear relative to the pin. The retainer spring split ring has a lead-in cone, continuing the pin stem guide cone, the taper angle of the former, measured nearby the spring ring pressed into the pin groove, being equal to the taper angle of the pin stem guide cone. Diameters of the said lead-in cone measured nearby the spring ring pressed into the pin groove do not fall beyond the values of the generator of the pin stem guide cone tapered surface. ^ EFFECT: simpler assembly of the vehicle track, ease of manufacturing the demountable track lining and higher safety of attachment of the said lining to the tract link. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg
