Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine; gastroenterology. ^ SUBSTANCE: duodenotomy is performed. Anastomosis is imposed over the lumens of duodenum and pseudocyst, the cyst being punctured by a trocar from the duodenum lumen. The trocar stylet is retracted. Four provisory sutures are imposed at the opposite sides of trocar shell perimetre in the following pattern. A needle is inserted at 5 mm distance from the trocar at the side of duodenum mucosa at the angle of 90. The needle is detracted off the cyst lumen through trocar shell slots. Trocar shell is removed. Additional sutures are made between the cyst and duodenum walls. Duodenography is performed. ^ EFFECT: reduced post-operational death rate; reduced probability of pancreatoduodenal artery and intrapancreatic common bile duct section damage; reduced traumatic effect of operation and sustaining anastomosis impermeability. ^ 5 dwg, 1 ex
