Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, paediatrics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of risk determination of atopic conditions development in newborn children includes determination of CD26+ and CD30+ lymphocytes content in umbilical blood and their ratio. If the lymphocytes ratio CD26/CD30 value is < 189 and level of CD26+ lymphocytes content is < 1716 cells/mcl, the child is included in risk group with respect to atopic conditions.
