FIELD: personal effects. ^ SUBSTANCE: machine contains a coil with the material, used to produce cigarette wrapping. The machine is designed to manufacture cigarettes with two-layer wrapping, which is formed in fittings from outer wrapping strip and narrower inner wrapping strip. The strip, from which inner cigarette wrapping is made, is sliced by cutting mechanism into several individual stripes, that are supplied to machine fitting along with outer wrapping. The machine is equipped with a device, which restricts transversal movement of the material being uncoiled, and allows for using coils with long stripes of material, from which inner cigarette wrapping is produced. ^ EFFECT: making a machine that allows for making cigarettes dying out inadvertently, as well as cigarettes with given burning speed, which is significantly slower than burning speed of a standard cigarette. ^ 30 cl, 18 dwg, 3 tbl
