Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: mechanics, measurements. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for testing various instruments and equipment by high-intensity shock effects, primarily, those instruments and appliances that incorporates spatial fastenings. The method of such tests, incorporating a shock spectrum method, consists in applying shock loads to elongated systems made up of set of functionally coupled instruments and equipment by pyrotechnical devices with preset acceleration shock spectrum and distance from the said pyrotechnical device to the objected to be tested. The registered shock spectrum of acceleration caused by one pyrotechnical device may not be less than preset one, the number and location of pyrotechnical devices being subsequently corrected. Here note that in the case of instruments and equipment with spatial fastenings, the shock load is applied at the points of their planes joint at equal angles to every attachment plane. Note also, that all pyrotechnical devices are exploded at a time with the shock spectra of accelerations at all points being compared to the required spectrum and, if necessary, the number and location of all pyrotechnical devices at both the attachment points and on the attachments planes of the instruments and equipment. ^ EFFECT: high-efficiency test by high-intensity shock effects. ^ 2 dwg
