Pipe shell is made of low-carbon low-alloyed steel, which consists in mass % of: C - (0.23/0.29), Mn - (1.35/1.65), Si - (0.17/0.43), Al - (0.02/0.04), N - (0.005/0.010), As -(0.0001/0.03), Sn - (0.0001/0.02), Pb - (0.0001/0.01), Zn - (0.0001/0.005), iron and inevitable admixtures, in ratio: (As+Sn+Pb+5xZn)
