Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine; veterinary science; microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention includes homogenisation of diagnostic material, added with radioactive ferromagnetic microparticle suspensions with surface antibodies to corresponding bacterial infectious agent, incubation at room temperature during 60 min, ferromagnetic microparticle deposition in constant magnetic field during 30 min, ferromagnetic microparticle introduction to produced deposit using magnetic probe-sampler with interchangeable nonmagnetic tip with surface antibodies similar to those registered on surface ferromagnetic microparticles, placement of tip in cleaning tank filled with phosphate-salt buffer and containing constant magnet at the bottom, evaluation of washed tip radio-activity by means of radioactive radiation recorder. ^ EFFECT: invention provides bacterial cell isolation from diagnostic material with simultaneous identification. ^ 2 ex
