The said turbine intake channels are formed by rigid concave-convex wing-type surfaces, the outlet surfaces making nozzle air flow creating a reactive force. The interblade channel geometry is adjusted by varying the active part blade angle and reducing the reactive channel sizes by pulling the channel elastic walls into the active part hollow spaces by means of a centrifugal regulator.
