FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices that are intended for grinding of particles that are suspended in liquid. Grinder contains nozzle of suspension supply, conical stator and rotor with ribs on their working surfaces, drive, station of rotor position regulation in respect to stator, tray with nozzle of grinding product outlet. Rotor and stator consist of the top and bottom cones. Angles of rotor and stator cones are such so that gap between them is reduced downwards, and value of flow passage remains invariable. Surfaces of ribs are made as inclined, and transition of rib wall into cavity bottom - as radius, at that height of stator and rotor ribs in the zone of their bottom cones is less than the height of these ribs in the zone of top cones. Invention increases quality of grinding and reliability of grinder operation. ^ EFFECT: increase of grinding quality and grinder reliability. ^ 2 dwg
